I have a love/hate relationship with the New York Times. Today, it’s full of hate. This morning they ran a full piece about Palin’s “updo,” which featured an interview with her hairdresser. Seriously. There damn well better be an interview with Obama’s barber tomorrow.

The Upshot on Palin and Her Updo - NYTimes.com: "When Mrs. Steele heard that Ms. Palin was running for governor, Mrs. Steele called her: “Let’s get you all picked up for campaigning!”
The two experimented with full bangs, side-swept bangs, clips, curls, twists and blond streaks. “We just kept polishing her look,” Mrs. Steele said. “We would try more warm, red and coppery highlights or more of a contrast with pale highlights, not to be severe but just more striking.”"

Question: Are you able to vote in the US election? I'm only asking because the amount of Canadians who are more interested in an election that they have no voter's voice in versus the one occurring right under their noses - and sooner - is staggering...
You're right on that one — though I am working on promotion for a Canadian election blog right now, so I can't feel too guilty about caring about both. (http://election.rabble.ca/)!
Yay!
