"In this fiery and funny talk, New York Times food writer Mark Bittman weighs in on what's wrong with the way we eat now (too much meat, too few plants; too much fast food, too little home cooking), and why it's putting the entire planet at risk."
For the last few weeks I have been encouraging everyone I know to watch this video. Without cable, vodcasts have become my connection to the world, and by far the best one comes from the Ted.com conference. Of all the "talks" I've watched, this one stands out above and beyond the rest, putting so much into perspective and even furthering my quest to eat "real food," as Mark Bittman calls it.
